Weekly Live Group Calls
We will gather in a group coaching setting to understand why we hold tension in the body and learn sustainable somatic practices to soften and invite more sensuality into our lives.
6 Guided Movement Practices
Each week, you will receive a video in which I will guide you through an embodied movement practice of around 30 minutes. You are encouraged to do the movement practice every day during that week.
Community Group
A private space for you to receive audios from me to guide you throughout the journey and so that you can share & stay connected with the community of women on the journey with you.
This is an immersion into the purest form of self-care there is for a woman. Sensuality is your nature. Awakening your sensuality will nourish not only your body, but your soul.
Hello, I'm Jessica
Before I entered the world of Somatics, I quite frankly despised my body. I was stuck in the indoctrination that the only value of being in a woman's body was based on how I looked. After years of being bound by body dysmorphia and disordered eating, I found yoga, which gave me some tools. But the way in which the poses were taught and adjusted into perfect shapes - shapes that looked good on the outside but were not based in how they felt - reinforced the belief that I needed external validation to tell me that my body was worthy.
My quest to find peace in myself had led me to even more stress in my body.
And so I did what any other woman in her right (left) mind would do; I began seeking out the feminine.
I started to go to women's circles and witchy retreats, I went to sweat lodges led by women and committed myself to la danza de la luna in Mexico. And then I found myself in a somatic movement therapy training. It was never directly stated that I would become more in tune with my feminine through that training. However, through the practices we learned and the daily movement we did, I unwound so many patterns of stress to fit into boxes that were never meant for me. I found my place of home in this sensual body. Doing so opened me up to so many wild and wonderful experiences, including traveling the globe for 8 years, finding my soul home in Colombia, dedicating my work life to my passion projects and freebirthing my baby girl into the world.
I am forever in gratitude to all of my teachers and I am honored to be a guide for you to find your way into a relationship with your body that is rooted in beauty, pleasure and love.
Sensuality is intimacy with self.
The more intimate we can be with ourself, the more intimately we can experience all of life.
